Charlotte Mechanical, LLC is a North Carolina Limited Liability Company, incorporated during November 2004. Charlotte Mechanical has focused primarily on multi-family residential construction up and down the East Coast. In 2010, Charlotte Mechanical opened its new residential service branch. Charlotte Mechanical is now servicing the Greater Charlotte area, including Mecklenburg, Union, York, Lancaster, Cabarrus and Iredell Counties. Our trained service technicians are at your disposal for any plumbing, heating or air conditioning problem you may have. With Charlotte Mechanical, no project is too big or too small.

Steve McLaughlin
PRESIDENT
Steve McLaughlin co-founded Charlotte Mechanical, in 2004. The company has become one of the premier plumbing and HVAC contractors in North Carolina, in the multi-family residential market. Steve is actively involved in the day-to-day management of Charlotte Mechanical, which includes developing goals, operating plans, policies, and short and long term objectives for the organization; establishing organizational structure, meeting with and advising other executives and reviewing results of business operations. -
Nancy McLaughlin
VICE PRESIDENT
Nancy McLaughlin co-founded Charlotte Mechanical, in 2004. She is responsible for planning and directing certain aspects of the organization’s operational policies, objectives and initiatives. She is also responsible for the attainment of short and long term operational goals and ensuring that all departments are operating cohesively within the same operational procedures. -
Dan Dyszelski
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Dan Dyszelski co-founded Charlotte Mechanical, in 2004. His primary focus is to oversee the entire fiscal responsibility of the company. His responsibilities include overseeing financial plans, accounting practices, cash management, accounting, budgeting, and tax and audit activities of the organization and its subsidiaries. He is also responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data, managing and directing relationships with business and financial vendors and developing and implementing changes to improve systems and financial performance. -
Jeff Crane
HOME COMFORT MANAGER
Jeff, as Charlotte Mechanical’s Comfort Manager, is responsible for all HVAC replacement projects. With over 25 years in the HVAC industry, Jeff uses his expertise to simplify the replacement process for any homeowner. Jeff personally assesses every replacement job, creates bids, and keeps the homeowner up-to-date on every facet of the installation process.
