Service Agreements
The Charlotte Mechanical Simplified Service Plan (SSP) is an optional preventive maintenance program available for your heating and cooling and/or plumbing systems. Our expert technicians clean, inspect and tune-up your HVAC/Plumbing system to make sure it is in proper working order for the upcoming season. Members receive preferential scheduling and a 15% discount on repairs for service calls beyond the regularly scheduled maintenance. We strongly believe that our SSP will pay for itself many times over in the reduction of repair costs and add longevity to your equipment.
Heating and Cooling Service Agreement
Our Simplified Service Plan provides customers discounts throughout the year on repairs and diagnostics. SSP customers also receive “priority service”, which means jumping to the front of the line when service or repairs are needed.
Plumbing Service Agreement
Become a priority customer who vaults to the front of the pack for repair needs with our Plumbing Service Agreement. Our SSP also includes periodic safety checks of customer’s homes, highlighting any safety issues or repair concerns.
System Referrals
Current customers that refer a friend, who then purchases one of our air conditioning, heating, or tankless water heater systems will receive a $50 gift card going toward their future heating, cooling or plumbing needs.
SSP Referrals
Simplified Service Plan customers who tell a friend about our agreement and that friend enrolls in the program will receive $20 off of their next heating/cooling or plumbing SSP contract.

Your Simplified Service Plan is NOT an insurance policy. The agreement provides for the inspections and maintenance along with discounts on parts and services as described herein. We reserve the right to cancel or modify this program without notice.
