HVAC Skilled Laborer

Charlotte Mechanical is a well-respected contractor in the Charlotte area. We are growing rapidly and need high-quality, dedicated team members to serve our customers in the Charlotte, NC area. We are in need of Experienced Skilled HVAC Laborers to continue our positive growth. Benefits include paid holidays, paid vacation and paid overtime; health/dental/vision insurance and 401k.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in HVAC
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to work 10-12 hour days
  • Able to lift 50 pounds safely
  • Dependable
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Prior construction experience a plus
  • Prior Multi-Family experience a plus
  • Driver's License a plus
  • Willingness to work in a construction environment
  • Must have transportation to/from job site

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Must have a clean criminal background
