Hiring Event – What to Expect

Bring a government-issued ID. When you arrive, you will be asked to complete an application. If you bring a resume, your application process may be quicker.

Once the application is complete, you will be assigned to an interviewer – one of our supervisors – for an on-site interview – the amount of time for this process will vary depending on your skill set and the amount of applicants onsite at the time. If the interviewer feels that you are suitable to move forward with the hiring process, then they will move you to the pre-employment testing area where we will get copies of your ID and set up a drug screening.

Questions?

Send an email to hr@charlottemechanical.com and we’d be happy to answer any questions you have.
