Learn a bit more about Kris ...

(CM) Provide a fun fact about yourself.

(KS) I love taking care of my lawn. The home I live in is my first house I have ever owned. I take pride in watering my lawn and fertilizing my lawn because a good lawn shows the caretaker is patient and puts time into it. I also love being outdoors and it gives me a reason to be outside.

(CM) What do you think makes a good HVAC technician?

(KS) Integrity and efficiency. The definition of integrity is to do the right thing when nobody is looking. You might not be able to change the world but you can change the world around you. By being honest it separates you from people who do wrong and sets a standard for those who look up to you. Efficient means that you are capable of producing desired results without wasting materials, time or energy. If you are able to show the company and your co-workers a more efficient way of completing a task, you can provide everyone a better experience that will have long lasting effects.

(CM) Why do you do what you do?

(KS) When I served in the armed forces with the Army I got to help and protect people in ways most people couldn’t. Once I got out I wanted to find a career that I could still help people. Being able to provide comfort and safety to someone’s family is what I did in the service and what I’m doing now.
