I can’t say enough about the quality and professionalism of the Charlotte mechanical staff. We have lived in the south for 12 years and have had to buy 3 air conditioning units. Our home never seemed to get comfortably cool in the summer until we bought a Trane unit from Charlotte mechanical. They came to our home and determined that the previous units were too small and that the duct work needed adjustments. We now have our unit about 5 years and couldn’t be more satisfied. Our technician Nick is so knowledgeable and professional, always pleasant and eager to answer all our questions completely. This is an excellent company!

We had our air conditioner go out on Friday night. We called first thing Saturday and John was able to come that afternoon. Unfortunately we needed a special part, so we had to wait until the following week to finish the repair, but we were very happy with the way it was all handled.
