Job Duties:

  • Supervise HVAC or plumbing construction projects by planning, organizing and controlling projects
  • Complete quality inspections
  • Supervise sub-contractors and staff
  • Enhance the organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

♦  Experienced HVAC Installer Consumer

Job Duties:

  • Assemble, install and repair pipes, fittings and fixtures of heating, water and drainage systems
  • Install air handlers
  • Install flex duct
  • Install ceiling registers
  • Other duties may be assigned based on the project

*All of these duties requires the employee to work on 6′ ladders

♦  Experienced HVAC Service Technician

Job Duties:

  • Provide maintenance and service on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards and provide the customer with a high-quality experience. 

Skills/Qualifications Required:

  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
  • Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience making repair and replace decisions
  • Ability to acquire a low voltage license within 2 years of employment
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Acquire NATE certifications within one year of employment
  • Demonstrate a willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
  • Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
  • Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check

Qualifications Desired:

  • Universal EPA Certification
  • Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School
  • NATE Certified
  • 3 + years experience
  • Insurable driving record
  • Possess hand tools needed
