Kris came in as part of the maintenance plan we signed up for after he and Jake fixed our aging AC unit and saved us from a full HVAC replacement. Kris was very friendly and detailed in his check on our heating system. He made sure it was running well (and safely) and was able to make a needed repair the same day. Nothing but a positive experience since we’ve starting using Charlotte Mechanical.
