Our warranty is provided by Charlotte Mechanical 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Some companies use a third party that only covers warranty issues during weekday business hours. Did you know that county inspections are required by state law any time you install new HVAC equipment, such as an A/C unit? These rules are in place for your protection. We’re loyal rule followers but we also wouldn’t want to ever put you or your family in harm’s way. Bonus: we use IBA inspections, which means the inspector only gives you a two-hour window when you need to be at your home versus all day. We respect that you live a busy life and can’t be at home an entire day waiting.
